To add a product to the cart, simply click on "ADD TO CART". Once you are done shopping, then you can finish your checkout process and payment.

How do I pay for the products?

FASTEST WAY: IF you pay using PayPal, with a credit card or from your balance in PayPal, then your order will process IMMEDIATELY. Your order will then ship in 24 to 48 hours providing all items are in stock and it isn?t the weekend or a holiday.

FASTER WAY: If you pay using eCheck through PayPal, then your order will be and made shipped within 3~4 business days (as soon as your bank releases the money to Paypal and PayPal releases the funds to us). You will receive an email saying your payment has been cleared and that your order has been updated with a new status of ?Processing?. Your order will then ship in 24~28 hours providing all items are in stock and it isn?t the weekend or a holiday.

What if I don't have a Paypal Account, can I still use a credit card?

Absolutely! You can pay using a credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account. Simply click on Checkout. You will then be directed to the PayPal screen. You will see an option that says ?Don?t have a PayPal account? No problem, continue checkout.? Click on that option, and you will have the opportunity to securely enter your credit card information. Your credit card information is never seen by us to insure your security. Your order will process immediately, and your order will ship in 24 to 48 hours.

May I send a check or money order through the mail?

Yes, you may mail your check or money order. Please contact us (via email at lori@belovedkeepsakes.com) for the mailing address. Your payment will be deposited the day it is received. Three to four business days later, once the payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your order has been updated with a new status of ?Processing?. Your order will then ship in 24~28 hours.

Some of the images in the store are hard to see, why is that?

The images in the store have been digitally enhanced in an effort to discourage copying. All our designs are originals and are copyright protected.

How long does it take to get my stuff?

All orders, when in stock, will be shipped within 24-48 hours (with the exception of weekends and holidays). If we anticipate a delay in your order we will let you know as soon as possible via email.
