Here at Beloved Keepsakes we want you to be happy with your purchase.? Thus if you receive a product or item that you are not happy with, please contact us and we will do our best to make you happy!

Please note that all our titles and die cuts are hand made to order. So we do ask that you make sure you look over the item description and measurements BEFORE ordering.? If you have any questions - please do not hesitate to contact us?before you order.? We check our email frequently and we'll get back to you as soon as we possibly can!

If any orders are requested out of the country, you will be sent an email stating the additional cost of shipping. You will be responsible for any incurred custom duty or taxes.

All PayPal payments must be cleared before?items are shipped. If you pay by PayPal via e-check, we do not receive any funds into our account, nor are we guaranteed any, until your payment has cleared. This typically takes 4 business days. You might show that the amount has cleared your bank, but that money is put into a general fund at PayPal and can be held for a period of up to 4 days before it is then released to us.
